Advanced Bone & Joint Bone Fragility Clinic services are available at our offices in St. Peters and O’Fallon, Missouri.
Our goal is to provide osteoporosis screening (including referrals for DEXA bone density scans) to identify your risk of developing osteoporosis and help prevent future bone fractures as a result of the condition.

Patients of Advanced Bone & Joint can have a variety of imaging procedures performed on-site at our locations in St. Peters and O’Fallon, Missouri.
These imaging procedures include X-rays and ultrasound-guided injections such as pain management injections.
MRIs are available at our St. Peters location only. MRIs are provided by CDI Diagnostic Imaging - St. Peters.

As an added benefit to our patients, we offer an extensive inventory of durable medical equipment (DME) and supplies available at all Advanced Bone & Joint locations in St. Peters, O'Fallon and Wentzville, Missouri. This means not having to go anywhere else to get everything you need for your orthopedic condition.
DME products we offer include:

- Braces
- Crutches
- Orthotics
- Other post-op equipment and supplies
- Slings
- Splints
- Walkers
- Walking boots
We accept insurance for these products, but please be advised we may be required to collect a co-pay or additional costs, in accordance with your insurance plan, at the time of service.
The Advanced Bone & Joint orthopedic urgent care clinics are located at all of our locations. We see urgent care patients in O’Fallon, Missouri, from 8 am – 7 pm, Monday through Friday, in St. Peters, Missouri, and Wentzville, Missouri from 8 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday. No appointment is necessary at any of the locations – just walk in - no need to call or wait.
Our urgent care clinics treat acute orthopedic injuries for all patients, including workers' compensation patients – such as fractures, sprains/strains, shoulder dislocations, tendon ruptures, and ligament tears.
