We offer all of our orthopedic services – including wound care, sports medicine, pain management, diagnostic imaging, bone density screenings, durable medical equipment (DME) products, and so much more from our main campus in St. Peters, Missouri.
Our Ortho Urgent Care clinic in St. Peters sees patients Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. We serve anyone suffering from an acute orthopedic injury.

Physicians at our St. Peters office are now offering appointments from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The regular office hours for our St. Peters location are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
Ortho Urgent Care is available Monday – Friday from 8 am – 4 pm in St. Peters.
We are also closed for the following holidays:

- July – Independence Day
- September – Labor Day
- November – Thanksgiving Day + the day after Thanksgiving
- December – Christmas Day
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call our office at (636) 229-4222. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
Please note that the Ortho Urgent Care clinic is available for walk-in service (no appointment necessary), Monday through Friday from 8 am – 4 pm at our St. Peters location. Our urgent care clinic is designed to provide immediate attention for orthopedic injuries.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Advanced Bone & Joint, and they will contact us.

Advanced Bone & Joint is a preferred provider for most major health plans serving the St. Louis region, and we accept Medicare and workers’ compensation. Please contact your insurance company to determine if we are "in network" with your insurance plan.
Please note some of the major plans that we do not accept include Medicaid, Multi-plan, SSM Exclusive Choice, First Health, Care Improvement Plus, and Market Place (Obama Care) plans.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay prior to or at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment plans are also available through our Phreesia tool for higher balances. As of January 1, 2020, we will not accept cash as a form of payment.

Please note we have higher call volume on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm and 3 pm – 4 pm daily. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Advanced Bone & Joint.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Advanced Bone & Joint are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling your preferred pharmacy, who will in turn reach us electronically for your refill.
Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors may not have access to all your medical record during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs, with at least 48 hours' notice, to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
To request and obtain your medical records, simply visit the Health Exchange Evolved website and fill out and submit the required HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Authorization Form.
